Concept 2 Rowing Machine

The Dynamic Indoor Rower offers the closest simulation to rowing on the water and was developed to meet the specific training needs of the competitive rowing athlete.

The footrest on the Dynamic is free to move and there’s minimal movement of body mass throughout the stroke. It demands similar concentration and body control to that needed when rowing in a boat.

NOHrD Water Balance Board

A balance board with water. The Eau-Me Board is all about balance, challenging the user with a constantly unsteady, shifting base – thus, forcing the body to react with each tilt.

Compensatory moves engage the deep muscular system while the body responds to continual impulses and stimuli.

NOHrD TriaTrainer Bench

Three in one versatile exercise – In a closed position the TriaTrainer serves as the perfect abs and core trainer. Unfold one side into first position and convert the chair into a semi-bench for working your back muscles and glutes.

Opened into full extension the TriaTrainer can be used for all standard bench workouts with or without free weights.

NOHrd SwingBells Board

Free weights of solid wood and hand-stitched genuine leather. Ideal for training your fascia through extra stimuli from the SwingBells´ever-shifting pellets. 8 weights can be hang on the SwingBoard for easy storage.

Powerplate Move

The Power Plate MOVE blends time-proven technology with modern functionality. Easily transport the MOVE to your favorite workout space, press the remote and GO! The only limitation is your imagination.

Swiss Ball

The primary benefit of exercising with a Swiss ball is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, leading to greater activation of core muscles, which can result in improved back and spine health, core stability, posture and muscle balance.
